Wayne Lague

I spent half of my career as a teacher in Duxbury, MA and enjoyed kids at all three levels. In 85 I finished my doctorate and became to Director of Curriculum in Somerville. From there I went to Revere as Assistant Superintendent and then moved into the Superintendency. I was still living in Duxbury and the commute was a grind. When the Wareham Superintedency opened I jumped at the chance and finished out my career there.

On the personal side, I am married to Christy for the past ten years. Christy is a retired teacher/art department head and we enjoy travel, theater and concerts.

We live in Wareham out on Great Neck and enjoy the sea and quiet woods. We also have a place in Boston which makes for an easy access to Symphony Hall, theater and South End dinning.

I recall most often the gang that hung-out at Penler's and Yevette's. Most of us were a little crazy and lucky to have survived.
