HAd a fantastic time at the reunion. Found a lot of new friends and that really means alot. Doing the work on the military page and the memorial page ,that were displayed at the entrance, makes one realize how precious our lives really are. This is just a thank you for the friendships and the great comments that have reached me since Saturday. Lets all work at doing it again in a few years. They said to please update my profile. Well I went and lost 50 pounds is that updateing enough?

After school, I joined the USAF, thought it was the best branch to go, did a stupid thing and went on a Special Ops mission with a Red Horse outfit to Korea. My efforts there got me sent to Vietnam for a year, had a rough time and came home. Worked at Sparkys and got divorced in 1985, my son stayed with me and raised me the best he could. Then after leading a rough life (drinking and hard partying) it has brought me here. Older, Wiser, Grumpier, and retired. I can still be found at Sparkys, working on E-bay and helping out. Waiting for spring time to work in my garden and walk in the woods.

School Story:

No big story, Junior and senior year, drank a lot of Narry beer, raced a lot of cars and skipped a lot of school, damm amazine I graduated. I wasn't the most hospitable guy in school, but I had my freinds, a lot I guess, and now age has slowed me down some, so its time to say hello to old people and say thanks for being a freind.

So very sorry at the loss of our classmate, Roger Goyette. I remember him at Normandin, NBHS, and Del's Drive Inn. He was very active in planning our 45th reunion. Most recently, he shared poetry he wrote in his Facebook page. He was one of the administrators of our website and contributed the military page honoring our classmates who are veterans. Thank you for your service, Roger. May you Rest In Peace.

So sorry to learn of Roger's passing. He was a friend since kindergarten in Jireh Swift school, Normandin, New Bedford High and beyond. My condolences to his family. Rest In Peace my friend, Dennis

have not been on here in a long time. A lot of great post from friends, sorry for not answering. Dark days of depression from old friend PTSD, it will be 50 years this year. Will try to keep in touch, might make the days brighter. thanks

I will never forget Paul. After 8 months in Korea, Special Ops, then 12 in Nam. The days were were not going by fast enough.One day who shows up in the Nam? Paul! What a change of emotion to shoot the shit about home. THANKS PAUL. You helped the days go b faster. Rog.
