Let's talk about favorite family recipes.

I have uploaded three of our  family recipes from the island of Flores, Azores.  

We literally wrote them  down as my mother prepared the meals for us because (like you) she never used written recipes.  She had them all memorized from experience.

Each island will have their own amount of preferred specific ingredients and cooking methods.

We are looking forward to seeing other NBHS students provide their favorite family recipes.
