I had a great time meeting my friends from Roosevelt Jr High and New Bedfored High,  as well as the new friends (I hope) I made.  Missed some of my classmates, those that were at the reunion, and those that didn't attend.  Those that didn't attend really missed a good time.  The band was outstanding as well as the food.  Thanks to all who made our 50th reunion a great sucess!  Love to all in the Class of 1965!!  May God Bless you and keep you healthy, until we meet again.

for our 50th.  Friday night was well attended. .  Saturday night was perfect, the venue, the food, and the great band made it a perfect evening along with that crazy photo booth.  The memorial service was beautiful, along with bagpiper .

Mrs Monty/Harper said, "that it was truly one of the best run and most fun reunions, she has had the privilege to attend."   I can't tell you how enjoyable it was for me to have Mal join us at what I knew was going to be a Great Time, Again Thanks to all of you for a fantastic week-end at our 50th. Well said Gary...  Wonderful event and so well attended, I missed seeing some friends and others that I hoped to catch up with!  Diane Lawrence, among others!  Of course, in her case, that is quite easy to do! Thankfully, we caught up today on FB.  She's a sweettheart. Seeing Mal Harper and reminiscing with her was terrific and, as said by so many,  just a straight out quality job by the committee. It will be tough to top. Solid food, nice band and fine location. And the weather here in good old NE held out. Kudos to the people who saw it through and to the Web Site folks who work so hard all year, every year. I was even impressed with the spark and vigor of our associates and friends ~  I truthfully expected far more canes and walkers!  And my back and knee held out! Seriosly, it was a time to remember...for as long as we still can!   Thanks to all.  JAC

The 50th Reunion Committee and the NBHS Website Committee members all did an unstanding job of communicating and making the reunion great, and the site is a wonderful means of staying connected.

The get together of Friday and the Reunion itself on Saturday were very special events bring many of our classmates, colleagues, friends and special spouses and partners together.   Thank you for all your efforts and for overcoming the many challenges encountered.

Kathleen and I thoroughly enjoy seeing and catching up with so many friends (Scott Fortier, Jack Nunes, Ray Ferriera, David Harris, Tony Capitao, Steve Ferreira, David Mesquita, Judge Ray Veary, Jim Casey, Manny Correia, Dave Lemieux, Stretch Dupuis, Bob Haskell, Joe Rebeiro, Stan Levine, Richie Boehler, Henry Laferriere, Bob Feingold, Joe Gonsalves, Joe Augustin, Eli Rubin, Peter and Kathy (Berg) Pappas, Maria Gulla and sister Cecilia, Rita Rosa, Nancy Cusson, Donna Laferriere, Betty  Furness, Jane Riley, Kathy Conway, Edie Sylvia, Diane Lawrence, Judy Taylor - just to name a few.  There were many others I would have loved to meet, greet and spend time with but there was not enough time, perhaps at future events.

Ray Ferreira:  Of course, I must single out the special bond between us.  Our famillies were very close since 1953, the year I came from the Azores to live and grow up in NB.  We were like brothers then. We are still and will be brothers to the end.  Thanks for sharing your raffle winnings with me - the older brother you said you never had, but indeed you do have.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? The reunion weekend was absolutely delightful. Saturday evening was wonderful in every way. The memorial service was well-done.
