Rest in Peace.

Charlotte Fern Bourne, 78, of Whitehouse Station, NJ, passed on February 26, 2026, at Hunterdon Medical Center, surrounded by the love she so effortlessly gave throughout her life.

Born March 5, 1947, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to the late Hyman and Sana (Garbatsky) Marinoff, Charlotte entered the world with a strength and light that never dimmed.

She was the beloved wife of Richard Bourne - his partner, his steady ground, his home. Together they built a life rooted in loyalty, laughter, and unwavering devotion.

Charlotte was the proud co-owner of Gourmet Creations, LLC in Flemington, NJ, working alongside her daughter, Stacie, not simply to grow a business, but to build something lasting - a reflection of her creativity, her determination, and her belief in family standing shoulder to shoulder.

But titles and accomplishments barely begin to define her.

The quiet strength everyone leaned on.

She possessed a rare and extraordinary gift - the ability to make every single person feel seen, valued, and important. When she spoke to you, you mattered. When she listened, you felt understood. Her kindness was not occasional; it was who she was. Compassion lived naturally in her.

She was strong in ways that did not need announcing. Resilient without complaint. Protective without hesitation. She loved fiercely, completely, and without conditions. Her children knew that no matter what, they stood on solid ground - because she was that ground.

Family was her greatest work and her proudest achievement.

She showed up - to tennis matches, to celebrations, to ordinary afternoons that became extraordinary simply because she was there. She loved music and dancing, filling rooms with energy and warmth. She created safety. She created belonging.

And then she became Gram - a role she wore like a crown. Her grandchildren were her joy, her pride, her continuation. In their laughter, her love lives on.

Charlotte is survived by her devoted husband, Richard; her daughters, Stacie Bourne and her partner Melody Toorneman, Sherin Bourne and her husband Jeffrey Norberg, Her cherished grandchildren, Shayne and Saige Norberg and her brother, Steven Marinoff.

Though her physical presence is gone, her foundation remains.

Her strength and love remains - woven into the lives of everyone she touched.
