I remember Arleen from our kindergarten class at Sarah D. Ottiwell School, all the way thru Normandin Jr. High, and New Bedford High School.

Our families attended the same church and we lived within a few blocks of each other with several of our old friends and classmates. We belonged to the same Immaculate Conception Church C.Y.O. on Earle Street in the north end.

I am truly sad that I will not see Arleen at the NBHS 1965 Reunion. She was short, petite girl with a big heart. Always smiling, that is how I remember Arleen.

I remember Arleen from Normandin Jr. High and all through NBHS. I was heart broken to learn about her passing away, she was such a fun loving girl. We had a lot of good, fun times at both schools. I'm sure she will be missed at the reunion.

Arleen was the best, one of our closest friends. We actually got together with Claire Dufresne, Janet Hebert, Barbara England at Buttonwood park, it has to be at least 10 years ago but it was nice. I remember drinking, what did they call it, a GIQ (beer) in the back of her car before we got to the dance on the cape where all the service men would go. BAD BAD BAD. We also saw Johnny Mathis in person together. Loved her. She was a great person! Oh yeah, We would iron her long hair before we left. Love Claudette

I knew Arleen in HS, but didn`t really get to know her until after graduation. We started hanging out and had alot of crazy, fun times with Paula Warezerlonis. Arleen really used to make me laugh...I`m glad for the memories of those days and her friendship.

Arleen and I were best of friends. I lived upstairs from here during our years in HS. She was one of my bridemaids at my wedding. We lost touch over the years but I will always remember her as a fun loving person. I can remember I used to iron her hair before we went out on the weekends.

May you be at peace Arleen
Love Doreen
