Congratulations and best wishes to the family of classmates Jim Casey and Irene Machado Casey.
 
 Lt. Col. Mitchell O. Watkins, husband of Bethany Anne (Casey) will be promoted to the rank of Colonel on May 1, 2015.  Mitch, originally from Tennessee, is the son-in-law of our "65 classmates, Irene (Machado) Casey and Jim Casey. The couple has 3 children, Hannah, Georgia and Casey. Col. Watkins plans to continue in his Military career and will be moving to his new command later this year.  Thank you for your service.  The NBHS class of '65 salutes you.
