We didn't worry about carbs, trans fats or gluten but, oh, how we loved lunchtime in high school! So, what was your favorite back at NBHS?

 

A:  3  Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes
B:  8  Meatloaf with gravy
C:  9  Fish sticks with creole sauce (Fridays)
D:  25  Creamed turkey
E:  4  Soup and bread or desserts or skipped eating

June, finally! As a small tribute to Fathers Day, think back to those loveable TV dads of our youth. The child made a mistake, the father provided insight and it all worked out. Who was your favorite TV Dad in high school?

Growing up in New Bedford, one of the major summer events was the "Feast." The Blessed Sacrament "Feast" AKA the Portuguese "Feast" was a weekend filled with food, music, strolling with friends and fun. The way I remember it is:

A:  1  a precious memory, let's check it out!
B:  8  loved seeing friends there and had so much fun
C:  12  food, entertainment, parade, tradition
D:  2  exciting, still love it, plan to go
E:  9  not a part of my recollection or memories
F:  12  liked it in the past, but outgrew it over the years, have other plans
